A standard shipping charge of Rs. 65 will apply, although it completely depends on the weight and dimensions of your order.
- All orders usually get shipped within 5-7 working days. So you can expect a delivery between 7-10 days.
- You will get a tracking ID in your inbox and sms as soon as your order is shipped. Please allow 24hrs for the status of the shipment to correctly display at the tracking link.

Yes we do! Shipping charges depend on the weight and location. We don’t wish to overcharge you with a flat rate, hence please reach out to us on support@atcpublishers.com to get a quote for the same.
Please note: Custom duties (if applicable) would have to be paid by you directly to the shipper at the time of delivery (which is not included in the shipping charge)
- In the event that the delivery address is not easily accessible, delivery time may be in excess of our estimate as aforesaid. For confirmation of delivery address, we may contact you on your email id or phone number provided by you.
- We only make use of reliable postal companies (India Post) and/or Speed Post. JoyofGifting.com is not responsible for any delays in delivery by the Postal Company/ Speed Post or on account of any factors beyond our control. We will strive to ensure timely delivery of your order within the estimated time as mentioned in the order confirmation.
- In the unlikely event that delivery is not possible for any reasons outside the control of JoyofGifting.com, including but not limited to poor courier services in delivery area, inaccessibility of delivery area, force majeure events, we shall inform you of such inability to deliver and cancel your order, followed by full refund.
- Should you not be present when our courier attempts to deliver your parcel, our courier partner will make an attempt to reach you via a phone call or SMS. Please ensure that you take calls from our courier partner to facilitate delivery of your package. And also ensure that you enter your correct phone number under shipping address at the checkout page of our website.
- A second attempt will automatically be made within 24 hours. After the second attempt, our courier will hold on to the parcel for a few days, awaiting further instructions from you, before returning the parcel to us.
- Once the parcel has been shipped back to us, we will contact you about either cancelling that order or you will have to pay an additional shipping fee for us to resend your order.
- We are skeptical about this thought as we are sure you will love our products. But in the unlikely case that this may occur, please drop us an email and you could just ship the product back to us to the address which will be given in the email. But please note that the products purchased can be returned (unopened / unused without damage and with all the tags intact) within 7 days of receiving the order and please pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit back to us.
- If the payment was by credit/ debit card or net-banking, the money will be refunded to your credit/ debit card or net-banking account, respectively. Typically, refunds are processed between 10- 15 working days. Please note that we depend on the credit card issuing bank to ensure that the money is refunded to your account. We only control the release of funds from our side. There is little we can do in case there is a delay from the bank’s end.
- The courier charges incurred by you to send us back the product will not be refunded. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- No return / refund / exchange is possible for customised products unless it is damaged.
