Description
This document intends to make clear the provisions of the law, developing and determining the procedures in the execution of Pope Francis’ Apostolic Constitution Vultum Dei Quaerere on women’s contemplative life. Apostolic Life is a form of Consecrated life that nuns must live faithfully according to the charism of their Institute, and to which they are destined by the Church. The external profession of religious discipline that, whether through the exercises of piety, prayer, and mortification, or through the occupations which the nuns must attend to, is so ordered to interior contemplation that their whole life and all actions can easily and must efficaciously be imbued by the desire for it.
